Media Alert – Sussex Family YMCA Water Safety Week

WHAT:
Water Safety Week is a community service project that provides the youth in the community with water acclimation and exploration. This is the Sussex Family YMCA’s “Largest Swim Lesson,” providing water safety and drowning prevention lessons.

May is International Water Safety Month, and the YMCA staff is making sure to reach out to as many people as possible to teach them how to be safe around the water. Our goal is to get as many youth as we can exposed to water safety.
