YMCA Certified Trainers are here to help take your fitness to the next level, with guided individualized exercise programs and small group training to help you achieve and maintain your health and wellness goals. Our trainers are attentive to your health and wellness history so that you can experience a comfortable, safe and non-intimidating environment, regardless of your age or ability.

Small-Group Training

Bring your fitness to a whole new level with Small group training! Classes consist of one trainer working with a group of 4 to 10 clients to achieve results. Keeping the group to a 10-person max allows the trainer to build a connection with each individual while also giving proper attention to each participant’s safety, form, and alignment. Choose from a variety of classes like boot camp, TRX, kickboxing, core training, strength, cross-functional training and more. Class size is limited and registration is required. Personal Training

We all need the advice of an expert sometimes as well as the personal attention that comes with a trainer or coach. Our Y’s offer certified personal trainers and coaches to help you set and meet your specific goals. We also invite you to train with a friend; you work out together at a reduced price!
