Join us in partnership with the West Wilmington Seventh Day Adventist Church, as we get to know one another and celebrate what unites us as a community. Plus, enjoy a variety of foods from around the world, and entertainment for the entire family including international games, special global performances, moon bounce, photo booth, raffles & more!
RACE COST: $25/per person in advance ($30/ per person day of event)
REGISTRATION INCLUDES:
• Tee shirts for all pre-registered runners and walkers.
• 1-week Guest Pass to the Western Family YMCA – Join the Y the day of the event and get October for FREE!
• Free admission to the International Food Festival.
• Post-race refreshments (including Beer for those over age 21 years).

September is YMCA Deaf Awareness Month. “According to the World Health Organization, more than 5% of the world’s population has ‘disabling’ hearing loss, which requires rehabilitation, support and/or advocacy. Additionally, more than 1 billion young adults are at risk of permanent hearing loss due to unsafe listening practices. It is estimated that more than 700 million people – or 1/10 people – will have disabling hearing loss by 2050.
September is Healthy Aging Month, an annual health observance designed to focus national attention on the positive aspects of growing older. It’s not too late to take control of your health, it’s never too late to get started on something new.

Your donation ensures that everyone has access to the life changing programs at the YMCA. Donors support a wide range of programs including, but not limited to: summer camp for low-income children, at-risk teen programming, drowning prevention, before and after school enrichment, chronic disease prevention, and so much more.
This year’s golf event will benefit the Western Family YMCA and ensure that no one is turned away for the inability to pay!
