Myzone is the most relevant and versatile fitness tracker on the market. Monday – Friday: 5 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Saturday: 7 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Sunday: 12 – 4 p.m.

KIDS ZONE HOURS (Currently Closed)

(Drop-in babysitting service for children ages 6 weeks to 11 years)
Members enjoy 2 free hours per day while they work out! Stroller parking is located in the closet across from the entrance to the gymnasium stairs.

Monday – Friday
7:45 a.m. – 1 p.m. and
4 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

Saturday: 7:45 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Sunday: Noon – 5 p.m.


(Ages 5 to 12 years)

Youth Fitness is an activity-based program that is offered FREE to our Full Family Members.  Our staff will ensure kids are involved in active games and child appropriate mini-workouts during their time with us.  Time limit is 90 minutes. After 90 minutes, youth will be escorted to Kids Zone for the remaining 30 minutes of their 2-hour benefit.  Parents have the alternative of Kids Zone (drop-in babysitting) for children that would prefer a quieter alternative.

Monday through Thursday:
5 – 8 p.m.

5 p.m. – 7 p.m

Saturday: 9 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.

Sunday: 12 noon – 3 p.m.

*The gymnasium will be available for the Youth Fitness Center during the week from  5:00-6:00 p.m.
