Also, over 1 billion young adults are at risk of permanent hearing loss due to unsafe listening practices. It is estimated that more than 700 million people – or 1/10 people – will have disabling hearing loss by 2050.
September is Healthy Aging Month, an annual health observance designed to focus national attention on the positive aspects of growing older. Hey, it’s not too late to take control of your health, it’s never too late to get started on something new.
Hispanic Heritage Month (HHM) takes place September 15 to October 15 every year as a time to recognize and celebrate the many contributions, diverse cultures, and extensive histories of the American Latino community.
While the autumnal equinox on September 22nd signifies the first day of fall, there is a lot of folklore and myths around the day as well.
