Explore Dover Summer CampLocated in Dover, Delaware, the Dover YMCA is the gym for fitness and family. With 2 indoor pools, an outdoor pool, a sauna, child care while you work out, unlimited fitness classes, state-of-the-art equipment, a full-size basketball gym, and so much more, you will never want to leave!
The 8-lane pool will be closed for maintenance from May 12 – 18 to complete filtration and system upgrades. The 4-lane pool will remain open with no expected disruptions.
These improvements will enhance water temperature consistency, increase system reliability, and help prevent unexpected closures, creating a better overall experience for members.
Earlier this year, the 8-lane pool HVAC system was reconditioned, and both pools received upgraded chemical feeders. Next, planned improvements include updates to the 8-lane locker rooms.
We’re committed to continuing to enhance these spaces and will share updates as timelines are confirmed.
YMCA Kids’ Club provides a secure, engaging space for children ages 6 weeks to 11 years while parents enjoy YMCA facilities. Available at most YMCA of Delaware locations, Kids’ Club offers fun activities tailored to every age group. Kids’ Club is a free service for members with Adult Plus Children memberships. Enjoy up to 2 hours of care per day—an incredible value of up to 60 hours of childcare each month, worth more than $900 per child!
