Summer Small Group Training Special – Get 11 weeks for just $52

Tap into a community that will provide built-in motivation and accountability. Our certified personal trainers provide individual guidance in a supportive and energetic training environment to help you reach your goals. Groups are limited to 10 or fewer participants. Achieve more together!

SMALL GROUP SCHEDULE:

  • Tuesdays: Strength Training, 6:30 pm
  • Wednesdays: Workout of the Day, 6 pm
  • Thursdays: HIIT, 6 am
  • Saturdays:
    GRIT,  8:15 am;
    Workout of the Day, 8:30 am;
    HIIT, 9:30 am

CENTRAL YMCA POOL HOURS

Monday – Friday: 5 am – 1:45 pm; 3:15  – 7:55 pm.
Saturday: 7 a.m. – 3:55 p.m.
Sunday: Closed

BABYSITTING (Currently Closed)

Monday-Thursday: 5:15 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
Sunday: 8:15 – 11 a.m.


PARKING

  • Free 2-hour parking is available in the Central YMCA lot to all members while using the YMCA facility. Parking is first come, first serve.  Your membership card will open the gate to the Y lot as you enter from Washington Street.
  • Ample metered parking is available on the streets around the YMCA
  • After 5 p.m. on weekdays and all day on weekends, members may park in DelleDonne Lot #1 at the corner of 11th and Jefferson (diagonally across from the Central Y’s playground).
