How does YMCA refer a friend work?
YMCA of Delaware members, simply stop by your local Delaware YMCA with a friend or three! When your friend(s) joins, we will waive their joiner fee. Next, a $50 credit will be applied to your next month’s payment. It’s that easy!

**Valid at all YMCA of Delaware locations for new, full-pay membership types only February 1 – 28, 2026. Must join in-person. Referring member must be present. Not to be combined with other discounts. A new member is anyone who has not had a YMCA of Delaware membership within the last 90 days. To qualify for the account credit, current members must be in good standing with payments.
