WPVI 6 ABC: New YMCA Performance Training Studio

The Central YMCA in Wilmington, Delaware opened a new performance training studio Wednesday. It has a turf floor that allows for agility drills, sled exercises and sprint workouts. The workouts done here can focus on metabolic conditioning to burn fat and create long, lean muscles.
