We want our members to be engaged and challenged so they train to the best of their ability. The studio provides our members with one-stop shopping for their fitness regimen.”

Those looking to change up their workouts to see results now have an alternative to joining a specialized training studio, plus they receive the added benefit of our indoor and outdoor pools, state-of-the-art fitness center, a weight room, over 150 water and land fitness classes, child care, and so much more—all under one roof.

“We look to continually upgrade and expand our offerings as a way to provide a health and wellness facility that exceeds all expectations. Our new Functional Training Center including our popular Training Alley is a major capital improvement to our facility that wouldn’t be possible without the support of our members,” said Terry Mullan, Group Vice-President.
