All Seniors (65+) can visit any YMCA of Delaware location for free from 9/22 through 9/30
Rehoboth Beach, Delaware – The Sussex Family YMCA and Dover YMCA invite the community to celebrate healthy living at every age with upcoming Healthy Aging Fairs, part of the YMCA of Delaware’s statewide recognition of Healthy Aging Month this September.
The Sussex Family YMCA Healthy Aging Fair will take place on Monday, September 22nd, followed by the Dover YMCA Healthy Aging Fair on Tuesday, September 23rd.
Both events will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and are free and open to the public.
Each fair, part of the Y’s Let’s Move Delaware initiative, will unite community partners and vendors, offering valuable resources, health screenings, and interactive opportunities to support well-being at every stage of life. Guests can also enjoy short demo fitness classes throughout the day, showcasing YMCA programs designed to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and overall health.
These events coincide with the YMCA of Delaware’s Healthy Aging Month promotion, which invites all seniors (65+) to enjoy complimentary access to any YMCA of Delaware location from September 22nd through September 30th.
