The YMCA of Delaware is proud to bring back Let’s Move Delaware, a statewide movement inspiring people to get active, have fun and live healthier! From September 12 through October 10, 2026, YMCA locations across the state will host a series of events, activities and wellness opportunities designed to get youth, adults, families and seniors moving.
At the YMCA, healthy living is about more than a workout. From group exercise and personal training to community health programs, we provide opportunities for all ages and abilities to move more, feel better and connect with others.
