Our YMCA defines 2022 as a year of change, courage, perseverance, and resiliency with a renewed focus on our mission and our communities that continue to recover from the pandemic. While facing many challenges in 2022, including a mask mandate, staffing shortages, and high inflation, the YMCA continued to open its doors to more than 100,000 people, from all walks of life, who depend on programs and services that have life-changing impact.
As you can see in the pages of this 2022 YMCA of Delaware impact report, we have so much to be proud of – and so much to look forward to. Thank you to our Y staff, members, volunteers, donors, partners and supporters who make all of this possible. Because of you, the Y will be able to strengthen our community into the future.
