At the Y, we’re all about fun while building self-esteem, values, and skills. Swim lessons soccer, volleyball, small group training, basketball, and more – we have something for everyone! Program schedules and offerings vary by location and time of year.

*An active YMCA membership is required for the entire term of the summer or winter program to qualify for member pricing. If membership is canceled or put on hold after program registration, you will be withdrawn from the program and must re-register at non-member pricing.

2025 Leagues

We offer soccer, volleyball, basketball, and flag football. Offerings vary by session and location. Click here to search by location.

  • Winter Leagues 2025 (8 Games + Tournament): January 6 – March 15 (Registration opens October 21, 2024)
  • Spring (8 Games): March 24 – June 1 (Registration opens January 24)
  • Summer 1 (5 Games): June 9 – July 13: (Registration opens March 17)
  • Summer 2 (5 Games): July 21 – August 23: (Registration opens March 17)
  • Fall (8 Games): September 3 – October 27: (Registration opens June 23)
  • Winter Mini Session (4 Games): November 10 – December 14 (Registration opens August 4)

2025 Sports Skills, Enrichment Programs & Small Group Training:

The YMCA offers a wide range of sports skills and enrichment programs designed to inspire growth, teamwork, and confidence in kids of all ages. From basketball, soccer, and volleyball to creative arts, STEM, and leadership activities, our programs focus on skill-building, character development, and having fun in a supportive environment.

  • Winter: January 6 – February 16 (Registration opens November 18, 2024)
  • Spring 1: February 24 – April 6 (Registration opens January 24)
  • Spring 2: April 14 – May 25 (Registration opens January 24)
  • Summer 1: June 2 – July 13 (Registration opens May 5)
  • Summer 2: July 21 – August 31 (Registration opens May 5)
  • Fall 1: September 8 – October 19 (Registration opens August 4)
  • Fall 2: October 28 – December 7 (Registration opens August 4)

2025 Swim Lessons:

YMCA swim lessons are designed for all ages and skill levels, focusing on safety, confidence, and fun in the water. Whether learning to float, perfecting strokes, or building endurance, our certified instructors provide personalized guidance in a supportive environment.

  • Winter: January 6 – February 16 (Registration opens November 18, 2024)
  • Spring 1: February 24 – April 6 (Registration opens January 24)
  • Spring 2: April 14 – May 25 (Registration opens March 17)
  • Summer 1: June 2 – July 13 (Registration opens May 5)
  • Summer 2: July 21 – August 31 (Registration opens June 23)
  • Fall 1: September 8 – October 19 (Registration opens August 4)
  • Fall 2: October 28 – December 7 (Registration opens September 29)

Note: Non-Member Registration begins one week after member registration.

Program registration can be done online or in the branch. To enroll online, you will need to use your YMCA of Delaware username and password. If you do not have an account, use the instructions below to create one. Note: Do not create a new account if you already have one. Not sure of your account information? Follow the instructions below to create an account using your preferred email address and the birthdate that is on file. If you do not use your preferred email address and birthday that is on file, your current membership information will not be linked to your new account.
  • Step 1: Click here to create a login and password.
  • Step 2: Complete the form using your email address and birthday on file.
  • Step 3: Check your email for a confirmation of your login creation and a link to get started.
