You will meet with a trainer or instructor who will show you the basics of how to use the gym equipment. Contact your local Y to schedule an appointment today.

Family Build & Play Time
Stop by our Activity Room for fun and creative building activities using our Imagination Playground Blue Blocks! For parents and children, all ages are welcome. Available every day during hours of operation.
Kids’ Club Hours
Ages 6 weeks – 11 years (2 hour limit per day)
- Sunday: 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
- Monday – Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. *Ages 6 weeks to 6 years only*
- Monday – Thursday: 4:30 p.m. – 8:15 p.m.
- Saturday: 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Outdoor Pools
Our outdoor pools will open over Memorial Day weekend in 2026.
