How do I access YMCA360?
To log in smoothly, follow these steps:
- Visit the Apple or Google Play store and download the YMCA360 app.
- Enter your zip code.
- Select your YMCA of Delaware branch.
- Enter your email address (must match the one on file in our system).
- Check your email for a 6-digit code.
- Enter the code to access the app.
Who can use YMCA360?
YMCA360 is available exclusively to active YMCA members as part of their membership benefits. It will also include features like member check-in and branch schedules.
How do I log in ?
You’ll need to log in using the email address linked to your membership. If your email isn’t on file, you’ll need to update it to gain access.
What if I don’t know my login email or use a different one?
You must use the email address connected to your YMCA membership. To confirm or update your email, contact your local YMCA branch or check your member portal.
What if I change my email?
You’ll need to update your email in both YMCA360 and our system to maintain access.
Do I need to update my membership card in the app?
No, your information will transfer as long as you log in with the correct email.
Will my YMCA membership card still be in my Apple Wallet?
Yes! If you already have your membership card in your Apple Wallet, it won’t be affected.
Can I change my home branch in YMCA360?
Yes! You can select your preferred branch when you log in. If you want to change it later, log out and log back in, selecting your new branch. Note: This change only applies to the YMCA360 app and won’t affect your membership records or billing.
How do I log out of the YMCA360 app?
Go to the menu (three lines in the top right corner), click “Profile,” scroll down, and select “Log Out.”
What if my membership is on hold? Can I still use the app?
No. Members on hold will not have access to YMCA360.
What if I have a payment issue (NSF – Non-Sufficient Funds)?
Only members in good financial standing will have access to YMCA360.
Why is YMCA360 asking for a six-digit code?
The first time you log in on a new device, you’ll receive a six-digit code via email to verify your identity. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the code and enter it to complete the login process.
Will I need to enter the six-digit code every time I open the app?
No, you’ll only need to enter the code when logging in on a new device or after an app update.
Is the DAXKO app still available?
No, the DAXKO app will be retired on March 17, 2025. Until then, you’ll see messages in the DAXKO app directing you to YMCA360.
Can multiple family members log in with the same email?
Yes! If you have a family membership, all barcodes will appear in the app under the same login.
What should I do if I have trouble logging in, forget my email, or don’t receive the six-digit code?

Is YMCA360 available on iOS and Android? Are there system requirements?
Yes! The YMCA360 app is available for both iOS and Android. For the best experience, keep your device updated with the latest software.
How do I find the app on my TV?
Search for YMCA360 in the app store and look for a blue and purple logo with YMCA360 in the center of three overlapping rings.
Where can I find the YMCA360 privacy policy?
You can review the privacy policy and opt out of some communications at https://ymca360.org/privacy.

What is YMCA360 Points & Rewards?
YMCA360 Points & Rewards is a fun program in the YMCA360 app that lets you earn points for staying active and connected at the Y. You can then redeem your points for exciting rewards.
How do I start earning points?
Simply download or open the YMCA360 app and log in with your YMCA of Delaware account. You’ll automatically start earning points for activities like:
- Checking in at the Y using the YMCA360 App (max 1 point per day)
- Completing YMCA360 virtual workouts
- Participating in app challenges
- Installing the app
- Bonus points on your birthday 🎉
If I check in using my card, will I still earn points?
No, you need to check in using the YMCA360 app to earn points.
Are points transferable to other members?
No, points are earned individually and cannot be transferred to other members.
What kind of rewards can I earn?
You can redeem points for rewards such as:
• YMCA tote bags, hats, and drinkware
• Guest passes to share with friends
• Personal training sessions
• And more!
A full rewards catalog is available right in the YMCA360 app.
How do I redeem my points?
In the YMCA360 app, go to the Rewards section and select the item you’d like. When your reward is ready for pickup, you’ll receive an email with instructions.
Please note: Depending on the item, it may take up to 2 weeks for your reward to be available.
Do points expire?
Points remain active as long as your YMCA of Delaware membership is active. If your membership ends, your points will expire.
Does it cost anything to participate?
No. YMCA360 Points & Rewards is included with your YMCA of Delaware membership.
Can I use my points at other YMCAs?
No. Points and rewards are only valid at YMCA of Delaware locations and cannot be transferred to other members or YMCAs.
Where can I see how many points I have?
You can view your points balance anytime in the Rewards section of the YMCA360 app.
Do I need to sign up separately?
No sign-up is needed! If you’re a YMCA of Delaware member with a YMCA360 login, you’re automatically part of the program.
How does activity tracking work?
There are two ways to track your activity:
1. Connected Devices – YMCA360 integrates with Apple Health and Google Health Connect. You can connect wearables (like Fitbit or Garmin) through Apple or Google, and the data will sync automatically.
2. Manual Tracking – You can also log workouts directly in the app by entering the date, time, workout type, duration, and distance.
Your workouts will appear on your activity page, along with the points you’ve earned.
How do I connect a wearable device?
In the app menu, tap More → Connect Device/Wearable and follow the on-screen instructions.
How do I redeem rewards?
The Rewards section has two tabs: Earn Rewards and Rewards Redeemed. When you tap Redeem:
• You may be prompted to enter details (like size or color).
• You’ll receive pickup instructions by email once your item is ready.
• Points are deducted at the time of redemption.
If you accidentally redeem or need to return a reward, points can be refunded back to your account.
How do I join a challenge?
Challenges appear in the YMCA360 app with an option to “Join.” Once enrolled, you can:
• See how many days are left in the challenge
• Track your progress (workouts, laps, miles, etc.)
• View your completed activities and points earned
• Check the leaderboard to see rankings
