Chronic Disease Program Outreach and Food Giveaway

Stop by the YMCA Wellness Exchange table in the lobby to learn more about chronic disease prevention and healthy living programs available through the YMCA of Delaware.

Participants can pick up helpful health and wellness resources and take part in a food giveaway.
