Celebrate fall with the YMCA Pumpkin Dash 5K – a fun, family-friendly event for all ages and fitness levels!

The 5K will take place on Saturday, October 3, at Glasgow Park, with the race beginning at 10:00 a.m.

Whether you’re an avid runner aiming for a personal best or prefer to enjoy a leisurely walk through the autumn scenery, the Pumpkin Dash 5K is for everyone. Participants can run the entire course or walk at their own pace.

Bib Pickup and Race-Day Registration: 9:00–9:55 a.m. near the registration area

Kiddo 1K

The Kiddo 1K will begin at 9:30 a.m. near the registration area. It’s a fun way for younger participants to join in the day’s festivities!

• Largest Team

Timing: Overall and Masters awards are based on gun time. Age group awards are based on chip time.

Proceeds from the YMCA Pumpkin Dash 5K benefit the YMCA of Delaware’s Open Doors Financial Assistance Program, which helps ensure that everyone has access to the YMCA, regardless of age, income, or background.
