Join Jason Kunen in the Western Room every Friday in May for guided meditation sessions focused on the Four Foundations of Mindfulness: body, feelings, mind, and mental processes.
Open to all experience levels, with two sessions each Friday:
Session 1: 4:15–4:45 p.m.
Session 2: 5:00–5:30 p.m.
Yoga mats, bolsters, and chairs available (first come, first served).
