Take some extra time and join any of the below mind/body classes to learn to hone the ability to choose one thought over another and let the stress float away!

  • 8:05-9:20 a.m. – Slow Flow Yoga
  • 9:30-10:30 a.m. – Shapes
  • 10:45-11:30 a.m. – Chair Pilates
  • 12:00-1:15 p.m. – Pilates
  • 7:15-8:20 p.m. – Barre
